P.A. & Gargantua understands our passion for meals that are mostly beige, especially if it’s a grilled cheese. The brain behind the operation, Paul-André Piché, has taken our beloved, childhood favourite and given it more personas than Michael Keaton in Multiplicity. He uses the cheesy classic as a sort of blank canvas, a source of inspiration that gets adapted seasonally with all sorts of ingredients like candied shallots, bacon, cranberries, pulled beef and more than this page can handle.
